Limited Warranty

At Elk RedLight, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased directly from elkredlight.com or from an authorized seller.

Warranty period

Unless a different warranty period is stated on the product page or included with your order, Elk RedLight warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

What this warranty covers

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal, intended use and within the applicable warranty period.

What this warranty does not cover

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, or use contrary to the product instructions.
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification, repair, alteration, or use of unauthorized accessories or replacement parts.
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, discoloration, or aging that does not affect product function.
• Damage caused by improper storage, moisture or liquid exposure where the product is not designed for it, power surges, incorrect voltage, fire, lightning, or other causes outside our reasonable control.
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or for which proof of purchase cannot be provided.

How to make a warranty claim

To request warranty service, contact us through our Contact page and provide your order number or other proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or video if requested. We may ask you to complete troubleshooting steps or return the product for inspection. Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions.

Our remedy

If we confirm that a covered defect exists, we may, at our option, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or provide a refund or other remedy where required by applicable law. Replacement products may be new or refurbished and will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Shipping

Warranty claim shipping instructions and responsibility for shipping costs will be provided when your claim is approved. You are responsible for safely packaging any product returned for inspection.

Important information

This Limited Warranty is intended to provide additional rights and does not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. To the extent permitted by law, Elk RedLight is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
